The quarter panel skins do not extend into the area where the tail lights are different, so all 1968-1972 quarter panel skins are the same (except for the side marker light holes on the 1969s).Īll 1968-1972 El Camino tailgates will interchange. This is only a concern with full GM quarter panels. Wagons and 4-door sedans have a different side window frame.ġ9 El Camino quarter panels are the same except that the 1969s have a hole for the side marker light.ġ970-1972 El Camino quarter panels are very similar to the 1968s, except for a small area around the tail lights.
